Mortgage registered in State Land Service has the same effect as of Land Register

The court accepted the opinion of attorneys of law office that mortgage entered in State Land Service but is not registered in Land Register, has the same effect as mortgage registered in Land Register. Thereby mortgage creditor whose mortgage rights are registered in State Land Service has rights granted by The Civil Code on enforcement of mortgage rights.
